I am passionate about helping people. I dedicate my life in teaching those who choose to take care of themselves. I spread health and wellness in a profound manner that allows the human body to change in its own unique and natural way. SOMA Awareness® brings forth such a natural transformation that almost feels like magic! I am focused endlessly on expanding my knowledge and deepening my understanding on finding the root of every physical disharmony. To me, everything we do within balance of our nature becomes the Art of our Life.

SOMA Awareness
SOΜΑ AWARENESS® is a quality movement and breathing education where you can change patterns or habits, introduce new ones, and gently come back to yourself. Improving yourself through exploring the relationships between being, feeling, thinking, and doing. It is a safe, self-exploratory and fascinating journey within and can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or gender. Every session is unique and carefully structured, and even if you repeat a session, I reassure you that you will never have the same experience.
Wellness Coaching
The recommendations for living a healthy life are quite simple: eat healthy, engage in regular physical activity, get proper sleep, and practice self-care. However, you probably know it’s easier said than done because, well, life gets in the way! Your career keeps you busy, you have a family to take care of, you’re stressed, you don’t have time and so on.

Yoga & Breathing Techniques
The strain of modern life can lead to physical pain and illness, as we neglect our bodies in the race of material success. The stress of modern life can also lead to mental suffering, feelings of isolation and inadequacy. Our Autonomic Nervous System consists of the Parasympathetic Nervous System (PNS) - the “rest and digest”, and the Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS) – the “fight, flight or freeze” which is activated when we feel a sense of danger or a perceived threat.

Face Yoga
Face yoga gently embraces the story that our face reveals. Our face is like a map of our emotions and experiences. I started exploring Face Yoga six years ago when I realized that almost every approach that I have studied was only referring to the human body from the neck down. It did not make sense to me. Most of our basic senses and 57 muscles exist on our face, neck, and head.

Infant Massage
Although infant massage exists for centuries in many countries around the world, Vimala McClure was the first person who actually put together a professional program which is a combination of Indian and Swedish massage techniques as well as principles of Yoga and Reflexology. Indian and Swedish strokes balance one another perfectly; the first, moves towards the extremity for tension release while the second stimulate the circulation of blood towards the heart.

About me

As a child, I was super curious and very adventurous; it goes without saying that I had many injuries since I could not sit still. At that time, all my injuries didn’t seem to matter but as I grew older, both the pain and the disharmonies in my body became unbearable. Since I did not wish to spend my life on medication or undergo surgeries, I chose to work with physiotherapists, acupuncturists and healers. They all helped in a way but the relief they gave me was always short-lived due to the fact that the physical pain was rooted into deeper levels of my being.
